Placement is only guaranteed if the Reservation Form has been submitted to the Customer Contact Department by email no later than on the fifteenth of the month prior to the month in which you would like to use our childcare services.
Last-minute reservations, i.e. reservations made after the 15th of the previous month, can be made via the Team Coordinator/pedagogical staff member at your location.
Such requests may only be honored if the number of children and the group composition permits it. If additional care is possible, this is recorded by the Team Coordinator.
The minimum monthly purchase must be 4 periods (parts of days) in case of Daycare and 2 periods in case of Out-of-School Care.
Once you have reserved a certain day (or part of a day), you will be charged for that reservation, even if you do not make use of it. This is due to the fact that a reserved place cannot be given to another child.
You can, however, exchange this day for another one, in accordance with the rules of our Exchange Service.
You will receive an invoice for the fixed (agreed) or minimum periods of childcare one month prior to the month in which the care takes place. Any additional hours purchased by you will be invoiced in arrears in the following month.
Per location, a limited number of places are available for Flexible Care. If there is a huge demand for Flexible Care at a given location, we may not be able to honor all requests. In case of Daycare, we may be able to offer you a place at another location.
Flexible Out-of-School Care is only possible if no extra transport costs need to be incurred. This requires consultation with the Customer Advice Department and the Location Manager of the location at which your child is receiving care.
Flexible Out-of-School Care is only offered during regular school weeks, vacation periods, scheduled days off or study days.
